How much does CHD charge for treatment?

Teeth cleaning is the basic preventive treatment at the CHD.

This should not be limited to a simple “cleaning” session, and this is the reason why we offer a fixed price of 140.- CHF which includes all of the following services: scaling, polishing, 2 x-rays, check-up by the hygienist, and samples of oral hygiene products according to her recommendations.

Despite all these elements, the whole teeth cleaning service remains well below the national average of 160.- CHF, which does not even include X-rays.

For older children, the principle is identical, with a fixed price of 79.- CHF, including the 2 x-rays.

Finally, we are committed to helping charity organisations such as “Patouch” to which we donate 5% of our profits for prevention of violence against children, or the Ligue Vaudoise against Cancer, and the Red Cross, without any impact to our prices. Do not hesitate to send us your suggestions about other charity organisations!

To find out the exact costs of the treatments, the dentist, the surgeon, the orthodontist or the hygienist will make an estimate that they will give you as soon as possible, and which can in no case be exceeded. No surprises, as your treatments are explained to you and you just have to agree on an instalment with our assistants.

This can be done in 3 ways:

24 monthly installments, without interest
Payment of an initial deposit, then monthly instalment, without interest
Direct payment on site at the end of each session

Our receptionists are at your disposal for all questions regarding the payment of your treatments and the strict compliance with your quotes: do not hesitate to contact them!

And for children under 10, we charge just 79 CHF, also including 2 x-rays.

For all other treatments, we wanted to get the best possible quality / price ratio, with the best service possible. In addition, we have joined associations that support initiatives promoting prevention, and this never has an impact on the prices of our treatments. Thus, the 5% of each treatment that we donate to the Patouch association are entirely at our expense, which is also the case with the Vaudoise League against Cancer, or the Red Cross. You can find a few examples of our prices below:

Teeth whitening (home treatment): 390 CHF and then just 20 CHF for each subsequent treatment
Filling: approximately 250 to 400 CHF, depending on the size of the cavity
Orthodontic treatments: starting at 2,500 CHF, based on our orthodontist’s quote
Dental implants: from 2,700 CHF, based on our surgeon’s quote

You can make an appointment with a dentist at our CHD Yverdon clinic within about 3 days. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, we will see you the same day (within 24 hours) to ensure you can get immediate relief and keep the clinical situation from getting worse.

CHD Clinique Hygiène Dentaire was founded in 2016 in Geneva by 3 partners, Thainara, Sofian, and Robin, a dental assistant and 2 dentists… and most important of all, 3 friends!

Just 5 years after we opened with a grand total of 5 employees, we were proud to hire our 100th employee in 2023, as part of a team spread across 6 sites in Geneva, Meyrin, Lausanne, and Yverdon.

Our goal was to create welcoming, judgment-free spaces focused on dental hygiene and preventive care where everyone feels at home.

We drill the cavity to clean it
We apply composite resin in several layers
We sculpt the resin so it’s easy to chew and then polish it
We also provide advice on oral hygiene to help your filling last
